These Terms and Conditions govern your use of BigDrago, operated by Win Top Ltd and licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Authority (licence number ALSI-202509029-FI1). By registering an account and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use BigDrago.

Player Eligibility and Account Rules

BigDrago is open to adult residents of the United Kingdom. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online casino gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any point, and we may suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be verified.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Operating more than one account — whether under your own name or another identity — is strictly prohibited. If we identify duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled bonuses, and withhold funds where fraudulent intent is established. You are responsible for ensuring that no other person uses your account, and you must not allow a third party to register on your behalf.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We accept no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

Deposits, Bonuses, and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amount is £20. Withdrawals are typically processed within 0 to 24 hours, subject to identity verification checks being complete. We do not guarantee processing times where additional verification is required.

Bonuses offered by BigDrago are subject to specific terms at the point of activation. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a 35x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. During any active wagering period, the maximum permitted bet is £5 per round or spin. Slot games contribute 100% towards meeting the playthrough requirement; contributions from other game types may vary and will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses that have not been activated or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically.

We reserve the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, or use of automated software to influence gameplay. In such cases, we will notify you and may request supporting documentation before a decision is made.

Prohibited conduct includes multi-accounting, collusion with other players, exploitation of software errors, and the use of any automated tool or script to interact with our platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or via an on-site notice before they take effect. Continued use of BigDrago following notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you have a dispute regarding these terms or any decision we have made, please contact our support team in the first instance. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and in a timely manner.
